Breh we're talking about a guy who already smoked two elections. Racism isn't going to be the dominant factor here. Obama would smoke Trump. Who would be nearly 80. This is common sense what are we doing.
Foolish ideology at hand. @Worthless Loser explained how Obama would lose. He would just get 100% of black women votes. Dassit.

There are several articles and studies on Obama voters from 2008 to 2012 that jumped to Trump in 2016. Obama would not get any of those voters back. They are too racially broken, diehard Trump supporters and actually hate Obama now. Obama himself even acknowledged that in places where he won such as Iowa, in today's environment he would not be able to go in those towns and talk to people.

Trump also has white women on lock. The white women that supported Obama and went to Trump ain't coming back to Obama either.

Trump has the largest black male support for a Republican in many decades. Obama would NOT have the same black male support that he had in 2008 and 2012. Too much ignorance and too many irrational idiots out there that would make excuses for not voting for Obama, or say why they are voting for Trump.

Young people would not be a guarantee for Obama anymore. Trump single handedly erased Obama's legacy of increased young voter participation. Those young voters are Trump supporters now.

Only a white man could defeat Trump.

Clinton passed the torch to Obama at the 2012 DNC convention with his great speech. That was the height of Clinton's relevance. He was no longer relevant by the time 2016 came around.

Obama has zero influence on election outcomes. Him campaigning for people does not help the candidate. Nobody gives a fukk what he says except Democrats in the audience. That's why he's not relevant. He's just a guy that the Democrat base still likes.

Meanwhile, Trump actually does have influence over some election outcomes.

Only way Trump is winning this is if it’s rigged. He has zero influence because no one gives a fukk about the candidates that are running for democrats. Best believe if Obama runs he is smoking on Trump packs. Especially now since ice is running amok and his position as a world leader.

Above the fray.

This is a deflection. A nationally popular Dem. can help increase/improve the turnout rate, which definitely impacts elections

For the record, if you look it up, VA has voted Blue in every presidential election since Barack ran/won in 2008.

The DNC chair, and the actual candidate running believes that Obama can help move the needle. But maybe, you understand thr VA political climate better than they do

The Obamas are popular and visible, and still hold a trenendous amount of influence across different demographic groups in 2025.
By looking at followers/subscribers across sm platforms, books, podcasts, etc this confirms the point I made earlier about him still being a tremendously popular in the mainstream. Which absolutely helps engage people who otherwise dont care about politics.

Obama is the most popular former president, is significantly more popular than Trump, and is still highly regarded. Nobody can find a single thing that points to him being unpopular. Him not being able to carry Kamala's wack ass over the finish line is not evidence that he's irrelevant either. And given that dems are going to dominate elections on Tuesday...
