Dude at my job told me this last week. Me and my friend were talking about this today and he solved the riddle and it makes sense now.

The same in nature, different in methodology. There are general principles about women that you learn that applies to every one, there are just degrees of seperation.
Before a woman comes in like "Ya'll think ya'll got women figured out" or the old "Same with men."
No one is pretending to have women figured out, and of course men are someone predictable in nature. Thing is, men are the pursuers, so of course we need to have
guidelines when we deal with ya'll asses
If women understood how crazy the chase can be, you would know why brehs be pressed. Then again, such is life.

But this is it. Every woman is different and they want you to notice that they are different.
Guys see a woman and they think "dang she's fine", women see the same but its not just that, sometimes its a smile or a vibe or the way he dresses. Women like a guy that can dress because they pay sharp attention to detail. They want someone that notices that they're different from every other girl because generally guys just want sex. Of course a girl wants sex too, but this isn't like her end to all means like it is for a guy.
That's why compliments go a long way with them, they see you are paying attention instead of the stereotypical male who just looks at them as a whole in either terms of "hot" or "ugly"
The problem with dudes are these guidelines, we approach females the same and they're not the same they're all different and we Dont realize this nor do we take time to realize this because our end to all means is sex because we are deprived of it and must chase it. A woman doesn't have to chase sex, she has to chase value.
Like @CinnaSlim said they appreciation admiration, the sex is cool too but that admiration and consideration of a man who treats them good is a killer. If you can make love too then you have them in a blind frenzy racing for your love

There are and aren't. Where they are similar will help with communication and understanding a woman period, where they aren't you will notice in personal relationships and important life decisions. So yes and no.
Which is why you should know I'm playing 
Most men don't realize this but this is what I meant, knowing what to say to a woman. Simping isn't what this is. A lot of brothas simp because it's easy, more natural and you don't have to really have feelings to do it but saying what a woman wants to hear takes listening, caring and thinking of women in that manner. Now some dudes use this for ass and take advantage of it but some do good with it. Brehs, this is what saying what a woman wants to hear looks like.
Simping is saying things like you are fine, beautiful, etc. That's nice and all but she's gonna check your resume or looks and if it don't add up, it's meaningless but saying what a woman wants to hear will get a chick who has you on the bench, into her starting lineup. This is what Wayne meant, I take your bytch, give her back and take your bytch again, because you throw a five, I pitch a ten in some ways.
