Houston was good but not underrated. You can't be underrated when you played for the NEW YORK KNICKS.

Like I said over a year ago now.
If Grant Hill and Houston would have stuck together they would have been dangerous for the NBA in the late 90s-early 2000's. Houston and Sprewell were 2 wins away from 2 straight NBA Finals appearances...I think people forget that when it comes to him.
Houston was 2 years late from being the help that Ewing needed. He absolutely torched Reggie Miller whenever they met up. Something John Starks was unable to do.
Some more on him. He is in the unique position of where he was overpaid and as a result "overrated" at the time because of his inflated contract. Looking back I do think he was under-appreciated, but that's just the way it goes in NY. If you don't win it all and not a fan favorite you are somewhat forgotten. Joe Johnson is in the same position right now.

Flawless form. Not just his shoulders, he got his toes squared up almost every time. I think that's why he didn't play as fast as others but it payed off when he rose to shoot.
