knowing AI, he was never going to last long based on the other players that were out there. He probably thought it was a cool idea at the start with Cube in his ear but then reality set in and he realized he's playing in a league where Kwame Brown is a star and will outplay and embarrass him:mjlol:

ay, you know what...fukk them for saying this shyt

same payton who keeps telling how todays nba league is so washed up how no one's playing defense this and that

here he gets invite to this new league, have a good time, get some money, remember the old days, hopefully make this a thing for next year also. Now all of a sudden the love for the game is going away...."this aint paying my bills". So next time payton talks shyt on todays nba he should look in the mirror first.

Almost time to throw this league in the bushes. Great idea. Looking like the execution isn't gonna be able to sustain over a long period of time though. Old players getting non-contact injuries, not showing up, openly stating they don't care, etc. Maybe somebody can revisit the idea, repackage or rebrand it, and try again at a later time.
They signed up nothing but knuckleheads and expected them to not be knuckleheads :mjpls:

It's sad that when this fails a cac gonna pick it up and make it sustainable. :snoop:
it gon happen, unless cube is quick and re-brands this league a little bit, inviting more players who can still play. Like make it a mix of d league talent + some retired nba players.

This shyt is looking sad, grown ass men in their late 30s or 40s still acting like their egos are hurt and shyt, when this shyt is actually helping them too, want to keep your name still relevent? Here you go a perfect chance :mindblown: watch them next year sitting in a chair talking shyt on current nba again on sports network, while they couldn't handle a few 3x3 games

No offense but brah, GP didn't play for free during his career. I'm sure if he was making NBA money, he would be there every damn day if need be.

so wait a man, he is doing all of the work in big 3 league for free? Is cube paying him money?

If Gary is coaching his team for basically free then it's a bad business

Not free but GP really ain't stunting this money. Prolly nothing to him.

The prime motivation for employment is the dollar bill. The base salary for BIG3 draft picks is 100K. Additional incentive is that 52 percent of all BIG3 profits go to the eight teams. The first place squad will receive 30 percent of that pot, the 8th place team, the least.
