Hillary Clinton - Yale
Romney - Harvard
Obama - Harvard
McCain - Naval Academy
Bush - Yale
Kerry - Yale
Gore - Harvard
Clinton - Yale
Bob Dole - Eureka College
HW Bush - Yale
Reagan - Eureka
Dukakis - Harvard
Carter - Naval Academy

9 election cycles, over 30 years to even find an election where neither candidate went to Harvard or Yale.

Coincidentally, over the last 30 years especially, people who didn't go to Harvard or Yale got enormously fukked.

It's not like I'm asking for free blowjob Fridays (though I've written letters), I just want 4 years, where the people who are getting screwed get to run the shyt. I think the argument that 'Well I mean these community college idiots can't run shyt' is incorrect, because I think what happens is the people who go to Harvard and Yale get this overinflated ego and over-extend themselves because they think they're smarter than everyone. Some guy who went to University of Wherever has the self-awareness to know he's an idiot, and not fukk it up for everybody else. :yeshrug:

That's why Asians are suing Harvard admissions. They noticed that certain jobs only go to people from certain schools.

I think cause and effect works both ways here. Politicians tend to be extremely ambitious, driven, narcissistic and egotistical - the types that that Harvard and Yale tends to attract. You'll see much fewer politicians from schools like Princeton, Stanford and MIT because they attract different types of personalities.

It takes a good deal of work to get into Harvard...or you daddy has to have $$$. In either case both work and money are viewed as a measure of a man in the US and world abroad. It's no surprise we laud these types of people on our shoulders every 4 years and ask them to lead us.

Realized that at about age 12.

The "best" high school students get into the Ivy Leagues, alternatively the students who go to the wealthiest and most well-connected high schools, or those who have wealthy or well-connected parents get in as well. These are future politicians because they can gain the most "connections," will already have a support backing through nepotism, or will be able to perform best corporately or in the government grinder.
It's a kind of Old Boys Club. Added to the fact that the best law schools are connected to Harvard and Yale (Stanford, too), and the majority of politicians are lawyers, and you can see just how small the circle is.

If it makes you feel better Lyndon B. Johnson went to Texas State University :heh:
