i would go as far to say at least 1 out of 4 police officers ARE white supremacists.
not only that, but a lot of ws are in leadership positions in the law enforcement industry and in the state judiciary. this is why systemic racism is so effective at railroading black people.

unions can't stop the da from prosecuting. unions can't stop mayors from redistributing funds from over equipped police dept to the community. unions can't stop whole damn police departments from getting shut the fukk down like the pd that handled the arbery case (they probably get shut down in november...because it's up for a vote!). unions can't stop bad cops from getting locked up and prosecuted when we keep our foot on these politician necks.
look, i have no delusions of things being rosey and perfect because of voting. but there's no denying we have momentum and these politicians will bow to the pressure. that's an example of how we can wield the power of voting and keeping foots on necks.
