There was a person who did research on this and mentioned it in a lecture a couple years after his death. He said he tried to bring this information to ALL members present and former and none of them would meet with him. He is a doctor who did a lot of research on std’s also. I never bring this stuff up on the coli, you know how that goes. Don’t remember him saying what caused this acute bronchitis or whatever but he said without a doubt this was not AIDS. Of course he had a whole different theory on what AIDS actually was anyway.

He died of AIDS. He probably got it via drug use.

It's very hard to transmit HIV via vaginal sex. Meaning while it was certainly possible he could have gotten it while fukking trains of women, there are more likely ways he could have gotten it. Specifically IV drug use or sex with other men. Assuming Eazy wasn't fukking men, the obvious answer is drugs. Which we know were heavily a part of the party scene of the time.
Just as it would be hard for him to get it via sex, it would be hard for him to give it to a woman via sex. This is basic stuff. No excuse for people to be ignorant about this shyt in 2023.
I didn’t know Eazy got high like that.
Unrelated, last week I listened to this podcast:
At the end of the episode the host mentions an old Suge interview where Suge was kinda sneakily taking credit for hiring someone to deliberately transmit HIV to Eazy like an assassination (ridiculous).
Interesting episode but the it’s only gonna make the conspiracy theorists yell louder. Drug abuse is way more plausible.
