Gonna admit I wasn't sure how to start this..
But I do know two things for sure.
1. Someone's gotta start this. From what I see...this soldier wasn't mentioned once yet on this board. We can't be leaving gaps in the roll call like this.
2. This is Columbine. I know Parkland happened only a month ago, but I can't hold this anymore. And I'm not trying to take anything away from what those kids went through. Thank God they fought to get things their way after. But if you think I'm trying to undermine that, you know what to do.

Every time I remember his story, I get pissed off. That a couple greasy ass lanky faggit cowards coulda done this. But then I remember who the fukk we deal with everyday, and it's not surprising.
But it ain't about those bytches, it's about my man. So let's bring it back and give him some proper, positive respect here. This is one essay Ima enjoy doing.
Isaiah was born August 4, 1980. He was 18 that year, so that made him the oldest victim in Columbine. He was also set to graduate that year, in 2 months. There weren't more than like 20 black kids in that school, and he was about to be one of the few black students to graduate from the 99% white Columbine HS.
--but then again, he did graduate posthumously. So forget what I said.
My man looked up to Master P. Master P didn't start with all that much, but he became a giant in the music industry because of his tenacity and always pressing hard. And that's what Isaiah wanted to do as well. He wanted to follow in his father's footsteps with Denver-based Notorious Records and start his own record label. And once he graduated, he was going to get his degree from the Denver Institute of the Arts.
Could he have made that happen? Of course: The dude was born with a heart defect--a misshaped heart valve in a ventricle--and he had surgery at 7 months and was told he would never be active.
And he still regained his health and got on the school's football, wrestling, and weight-lifting teams. But since the football team had a lot of racist players on it, he left and stuck with the other two. Dude was just 4'11 and nearly 130 lbs, so you could imagine certain cats would be jealous..
Besides the racism, he got along with pretty much everyone, since he was a cool guy. When people don't have much to say about you either way after you've passed on, that might be one thing. But literally just about everyone got on well with Isaiah, and he had a ton of friends.
Now, the local clique of hos in that school, the "Trench Coat Mafia", got into it with him. Not all of that clique was bad, and they were at first just a gang of bullied kids trying to fight whoever was bullying them...but a lot of those kids were just trash. Hated minority students because they felt better being petty like that. And so, some of them were on-and-off coming at Isaiah because he was a black jock. And they were making him having to fight them, since they were calling him "nigg**s" and telling him to move out of town, shoving him and trying to start fights with him. This put him on one of the nerds' radar, who was a well-known racist, the bytch that started with the D. And the two were heard shouting for him all in the school until the racist cac found him.
Isaiah never backed down those months leading up to the Columbine Shooting, though. He did fight the "Trench Coat Mafia" (
) when their prejudiced asses forced him to, and he held his own for obvious reasons. When he told his father, Michael, his father just told him to deal with it and he'd be out soon. Which he regrets now, so I'll leave it a that, but the piece of shyt school suspended both Isaiah and one of those white supremacist geeks when they got in another fight. After that Michael, went to the school with him and they still didn't do anything but make them both apologize to each other. But it was just 2 months, so they left it alone. Meanwhile, his sister Michelle was also attacked by some racist bytches that called her "nigg**s" and tried to fight her too. Thought she was dating someone from the "Trench Coat Mafia". The same thing happened, but their dad didn't want to leave town. And she told a faculty member about the harassment before the suspension but was brushed off.
Eventually, though, after the shooting, he filed a $250M lawsuit against the two nerds' parents for just letting the motherfukkers store several different types of ammo and dozens of pipe bombs and shyt in their garage and rooms (out in the open) and not bother to keep tabs on any of that.
Then the whole white neighborhood started getting pissed. Vandalized the Shoels' house and sent them death threat letters and calls. Trespassing in his yard. He had to move his family away because a lot of these people were saying the family just wanted money and were accusing them of being "reverse racist". None of them could walk down the street without being called "n*****" in racist ass state, even in Denver, according to Michael. One dumbass called and said Isaiah plotted the massacre and faked his death.
Even though the lawsuit was just to expose what was happening in these schools, the bullying and especially the racism, suddenly everyone was doing the same shyt they were bytching about when trying to excuse the shooters: "Oh...they were just victims of bully culture, they couldn't take it anymore."
Moral of this story is.. typical hypocritical cac culture.. Avoid it at all costs. Can't even respect the family of the deceased. fukk them all.
When another white supremacist shot up a Jewish daycare and killed a mailman a few months later, Michael spoke out about that too. He went national for years with his message against gun violence and parents having more responsibility, and he started youth groups to promote gun safety across the country. This man was selfless. And though he gave his son some bad advice, he raised an excellent son and he campaigned to save many, many others out there.
But cacs don't care.

I don't personally think it's worth happening on the day of the shooting, for the same reason I haven't said those faggits' names. Maybe someone else would want to.
What I will say is that Isaiah at that time was working on what I believe was a science project on a computer at the library, right before the shooting happened. He was a great student, and I'm sure he was gonna be on a great track to make some big moves in the industry.
Let's remember this star as he shines on. We're long overdue for Isaiah Shoels to get a mention here.
Also, I didn't check how legit this fundraiser is, but let's at least share the effort right? I saw it while looking the brother up, and it looks like comes from a good place.
