Dude suddenly forgot how to speak English once he was asked about it. Nobody really questions the fact that he used stuff. Same with McGwire. There's really no "proof" for any of those guys since the players union essentially made it illegal for players to be tested.
There are tons of guys that either tested positive or admittedly used steroids and they were never on trial. The Bonds and Clemens cases were unique.
