deliberately behave erratically
try to shyt on other people while leaving themselves wide open for counterattack
make a spectacle so they can be the center of attention-
the desird result is people arguing with them and about them
attackers and defenders- it doesn't matter
they just want the attention
they're like kudzu-
once they get traction, you can't get rid of them
