No and why should anyone care you like who you like no rapper is untouchable. Biggie made more timeless music something that pun didn't do for me. I tryed but I just cant get into the fat man(Pun)

Line for Line, I'd go with Pun

But both guys died way too soon, Pun sooner in comparison to the overall appeal BIG's records had by the time he died.

Big L was a f*ckin monster, just not sure he would've been a crossover artist. Both Pun and BIG had that appeal.

No. A bunch of people have that opinion.

At the end of the day. Who cares. It's your opinion. I've heard people cite E-40 as the GOAT.

Big l wasnt even all that, he spit a bunch of average punches with some decent rhymr structute. His song writing and concepts were pretty limited.

Big pun on the other hand had everything, but he fell off on his second album, and both biggie albums are better than CP.

I think they would be better if they were to battle which is how I determine who's the better Emcee. Biggie being the greatest is a industry creation based on him blowing up at a time when NY was being dominated by the West, his role in the East/West beef as their unelected leader against the bully 2pac who the East Coast hated and ultimately his untimely death. Aside from Jay-Z Biggie is the most overrated artist of all time who the music industry continues to wave in our face as the greatest. The reality is rhyme for rhyme several artist could get with Big. In their prime: Big L, Big Pun, Canibus, Eminem, Vakill etc. would have served Biggie nasty. You need more than flow and world play to be the greatest.

I guess technically speaking , somebody could say that but Big just had some extra sh!t that Big L and Pun aint quite show us..
If Big L coulda lived through a run at roc-a-fella though, its a strong chance he woulda blessed us wit some gospel, it was early Roc too wit them Ski, Clark Kent, Premo a$$ beats:usure: coulda got real crazy out there....

They all died waay too son though so...:rip:

Big L is severely over rated
While guys like AZ or Mega are rarely mentioned
