Am I the only one who hated Jesse Pinkman's guts?

He redeemed himself at the end of the 3rd season and into the 4th I started to like him but all the previous seasons? I couldn't stand that f*ck.

He was a liability and a f*ck up. He just kept messing things up all the time and he was an idiot. If I was Walt I woulda stopped dealing with him early in the 2nd season. Gus was right to not wanna deal with him in the 1st place.

Also, in the episode where Hank is staking out the RV and Jesse f*cking directs him right to it, knowing that Walt is trying to get rid of it for that reason. He just irked me all the way until the season 3 finale.

I still don't like him.

I was hoping Heizy was going to drop his ass this season, but he ended up dropping some cash instead

I've seen every episode except for the 5th season.

But yeah, not only was he a f*ck up on many levels, he was a little b!tch too. If I was Walt I woulda cut his stupid ass off a long time ago.

Also when he tried to go solo in the 3rd season and was telling Walt "All that money is mine" I wanted to kick his ass. If it wasn't for Walt, Jesse wouldn't be sh!t, it was his formula. I just really disliked the guy, why would u deal with such an idiot?

To be honest I didn't like Walt much either but at least he was professional and seemed to know what he was doing most of the time.

Jesse was a waste of space and a liability. I mean, he was just f*cking up all the time.

Yeah It Got To A Point Where I Was Wishing For His Death

The Character Has Gotten Alot Better Though

When He Came Up With The Magnet Idea And The Train Idea He Started Becoming More Tolerable

But It Got To A Point Where He Was A Real Degenerate Piece Of shyt I Waned To See Die

He really was intolerable there for like a good season and a half or so stretch...the whole depressed pathetic dopefiend angle wore on me, I wanted him killed off in the worst way...He was on his AJ Soprano shyt, who just turned into one of the worst characters ever towards the end of that series...thank god they turned jesse around

I think most people feel the same way

In the first 3 seasons, it's like I feel for dude but he stay fukkin' up leavin' me :snoop: ... I did like the part where he styled on his parents when he lawyered up tho.

He did mature and grow after the 3rd season tho.

He annoyed me in S3 when he went all emo after Jane/the Plane.

But he's essential to the fabric of the show. He's the emotional centre and his relationship with Walt is the backbone of the show.

Too much crying from him. But I think its a realistic portrayal at least. He's a small time peddler, not at all built for what he's had to do and deal with in the show. The only reason to still have him on the show is he's the only one that can really crush Walt. At some point its gonna be Walt, Pinkman and Hank all in the same room. Something's gotta give.

Is the 2nd half of the 5th season gonna be the last?

And yeah, its gonna be interesting to see what happens when Hank finds out it was Walt all along. Gonna definitely have to see the last season and the last episodes.

I don't know. I've only seen seaons 1-4 in the last 2 weeks all on Netflix. I thought that BB was only 4 seasons deep, didn't expect a 5th season until I heard about it in Arcadium. I'm trying my best not to click on any Breaking Bad threads in case I catch a spoiler or something.

Yeah same here. The 5th is the only one I ain't seen yet. I saw the whole 1st four last year and I started re-watching the whole thing a couple of weeks ago.

The 1st season is kinda slow but it has its good moments. Things start to pick up by the 2nd season and then 3rd and 4th are the most interesting IMO.
