After the Tory Lanez shyt I can’t say shyt is definite. However from what I’ve seen he has a great chance of beating it. I guess the difference is Tory’s victim is alive and testified against him. In Melly’s case the victims are dead and there is literally no one that can testify to say Melly did it. The gun expert stated you can only verify the manufacturer of the ballistics (smith and Wesson) but you can’t verify it was only one gun and there’s a possibility the ballistics came from multiple guns.
