Am I the only one with superhero fatigue?

Every time I look up there's another superhero movie, tv show, or etc coming. I'm just like gotdamn at this point

I grew up reading comics, watching cartoons like Justice League or things like Smallville. But now I deadass feel like the market has been over saturated. How many Spider-Man movies and tv shows do I need in a 10 year span?

It ain't like companies are switching shyt up either it's the same formula over and over especially with CW shows and Marvel. I know companies are going to keep making superhero shyt cuz it's hot in the skreets right now but I feel like we just getting bombarded with too much of it

I am, endgame was the pinnacle for me. None of the new movies in phase 4 excited me like that. I’ll still watch but the heavy excitement isn’t really there anymore.

I grew up in the 90s when all these superhero movies were dreamed about, Hell I used to buy Wizard Magazine and see the who we'd cast section for comic books movies.

I have no problem with this it was 20+ years coming

Endgame is like the end of lord of the rings for comic book nerds.
Right now we're going to go through the lower-tier films until we get to a game of thrones.
So stop watching them and come back in about 5-7 years.

I'm not but I can see how other people are.

I think most of the source material is better made for TV which is why Marvel is probably looking to reduce their movie output and go the series route where the you can have even more of a comic book feel with episodes an longer story arcs than you can really put together in a movie. Save those for the events.

If Sony gets their way..they are going to run Spider-man into the ground though, they're gonna make me sick of my favorite character.

I'll never be fatigued. The modern CBMs are the new westerns and war movies of Hollywood's silver age. How many westerns did Hollywood crank out on a regular basis? It's no different. Also, this is what I have been waiting for. If you were a fan of this stuff in the 90's, you know how bad a comic book movie and TV show was. Who remembers that Nick Fury and Generation X bullshyt on Fox?

The overhyping has become annoying but the actual movies are dope. Not really fatigued by the movies just some of the fans of the movies
