but my opinion is... its just like fake anything, those women are insecure and men should see that as a red flag......but to be fair, women should look out for red flags too when dealing with men stunting on IG

But to answer your stupid question, the only two people I know in real life that wear was it trainers are these two white girls at my job. And neither one of them are fat (and oddly enough, they both have big asses)

Plenty of white IG "models" use and promote waist trainers. Dita Von Teese was a waist training guru years ago before it ever even took off. The ones who don't simply use photoshop or get fat transfer surgery from their waist to their ass.
And as long as the sistas are using it to work out and slim their waist what is the issue, you'd rather they stay full-figured? Are you team #BBW?
