He called him a bundle of sticks

I know most of us don't read the contracts when we sign those employment papers, but trust me, companies cover their ass and you would lose the appeal.
and If your co-worker felt he/she was insulted, Instead of fined, you would be fired. The situation you just presented is the reason why some companies prohibit leads/supervisors from hanging out with their employees during off-hours.
Also as a public figure, you are never *OFF* work.
In this day and age if it was found out that you were on a social site calling someone a fakkit alot of these companies would take action if it was necessaryits on personal time. so i would not get fired
its on personal time. so i would not get fired
So you don't think your employer could reprimand you for calling a co-worker a faq simply because it was on personal time?
