Well, im glad I've never worked at a place like that. Im a teacher and no, i dont show up just not to get fired but i definitely dont want someone in my ear yelling at me about my work

You're a teacher, you don't work in a profession where that type of behavior is condoned.

The sports coaches can engage in that behavior ( to an extent)... but if you were to ever attempt to employ some of that behavior towards other teachers, or did it in front of higher ups... you'd be without a job.
