Amazon no longer offering Kohl's for returns dropoff?

Amazon used to have a few local store options for returning items, one of them was Kohl's, drop your item off, they scan your return code and you are good to go. Now looks like UPS is the only option. Had 2 returns this year, had to have UPS handle both of them.

I haven’t used kohls drop off since I left St. Louis. We have ups inside of our grocery stores and they have at least two people working. It’s so much faster than kohls was.

New to me, ain't never seen that. I have a UPS store less than a minute from my house, however I can't drop items there from Amazon unless they give me a scan code.

Any return you generate you should immediately get an email with a scan code

Depends on your location. They switched to ups by me, but my friends can still use Kohls

Damn, that sucks if they did. They used to give me 5 dollars kohls cash per return.

For this last return only option was UPS pickup. I've had them generate a code before where I can go to the UPS store and counter person will handle it.

Might be, might return screen used to be the same as yours. It would be a few stores close to your address. Kohl's was cool last year because I shopped there and I would stack the $5 store credits.

Damn that's a good idea. I would always just throw the $5 receipt in the glove box and forget about it
