its not fair enough.. That picture doesnt tell the whole story.. thats about as "naked" as beyonce gets. While we have full out naked pictures of Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian.. thats why they get shamed. They are not comparable to Beyonce "nakedness" if you can call it that..
