I'd put them on the same level looks wise, although I think Amber might look better without makeup.
Body wise Amber got this, real over fake any day.
Personality wise I'd say Amber, because she looks like she'd be fun to hang around. Kim seems like a nice girl, but looks she's be too worried about messing up her hair or breaking a nail to get crazy.
