The Killing didn't get the ratings tey probably wished for but it was NOT a failure. It had an established fan base. My mom was hooked on it and was so pumped when they announced it for that final third season after it was cancelled. Plus Netflix picked it up for a 4th and final season.Breaking Bad is done and Mad Men is in its last season.
All they'll have is Walking Dead which gets good ratings but not the critical acclaim.
The Killing
Low Winter Sun
Rubicon
were failures

It had an established fan base, sure there were people pumped it was brought back. By the middle of the first season, the show was getting trashed by viewers and the critics. The backlash from the season finale was unlike something I've ever seen. The Killing didn't get the ratings tey probably wished for but it was NOT a failure. It had an established fan base. But the thing is with AMC, we have to throw in the age factor for the amount of time they've actually been in the original programming market. They're still relatively new at thisBreaking Bad is done and Mad Men is in its last season.

as opposed to the other networks that have been in the game for decades and decades. Yes they're gonna have some failures.. what network doesn't
For them to come with three classics in their initial stages as a programming network is amazing! Remember it was only a few years ago that AMC wasn't shyt but nonstop dusty black and white classics day in and day out. Its like ya'll dissing a little kid that hasn't even grown up yet. Let them boys stick they chest out
not for long... all theyll have left is walking dead

Somehow it keeps getting revived doe. fukkin Netflix must get a ton of people who watch it on there to bring the whole show backIt had an established fan base, sure there were people pumped it was brought back. It got canceled the first time because of bad ratings.
It was brought back, got essentially the same ratings and was canceled again.
Season 3 was dope. The way the show should've been from the start. It's just that all the red herrings and the bullshyt with them stretching the case into season 2 left a bad taste in peoples mouths. Vena Sud's 'holier than thou' attitude also hasn't helped one bit.Somehow it keeps getting revived doe. fukkin Netflix must get a ton of people who watch it on there to bring the whole show back
, Walking Dead, and a bunch of other trash reality shows. The only upcoming show I see coming up with any potential for them is Better Call Saul which is a spinoff of one of their two best shows. I don't know who told them this was a good idea.FX fukked up putting the league and sunny on FXX
