Most of the times however, we carry the combat load in UN, Nato operations. Same way with reconstruction , we footed alot of the Iraq bill and training.

What I mean is they are not necessarily out to get black people. They are not creating laws and policies that specifically target blacks. They are not incarcerating millions of black people for non violent drug crimes. They are not meddling and intervening in black countries. Etc. The middle East has it own issues to deal with and they don't interrupt black space.

Whereas white Americans go out of their way to make things hard for blacks and get in black people's business. Two totally different animals.
