i watched the trailers for this and WOWS weekly waiting to see them and even though American Hustle did't live up to my high expectations, it was still a great movie to me.

people seem to say that about most David O Russel movies that they are homages to other directors.

can definitely see it in American Hustle with the Scorsese.

The best movie he did was Three Kings. That's an amazing movie. Recently, however, his shyt is overrated mediocrity far as i'm concerned.

Silver Linings Playbook American Hustle felt like it was trying too hard to be a "masterpiece" and it was just a jazzed up average ass movie.

And I just can't sit through a movie with Bradley Cooper overacting ass
