Marriage is such an outdated concept. There was a point that our culture treated it as an inevitability, a rite of passage before entering middle age. And the women of that time wanted to settle down and please their man. But those women are long gone.
Nah. It's real talk. I am not marrying anyone but a black woman. And i look at my married parents, my married grandparents, and I see unions that don't exist now. If I can find an intelligent, focused, beautiful black woman that isn't corrupted by the shyt cac America feeds us, I'm intrigued. But nowadays, finding a black woman like that - at least where I live - is not easy at all. So, for me, marriage is an antiquated concept. Better to spend my years on this earth trying to fight white supremacy and help combat the hell that awaits future generations.
