Before I entered this thread I assumed it had to be WV. I see I was not disappointed
I am from Pittsburgh. WV is only 40 minutes away. I always argue with cacs from Pittsburgh. They all assume that they are better than their cousins in WV but it’s not true.
It’s really a shame WV is such a racist cesspool. It really is beautiful country. But those Appalachian mountains are full of Weirdo cacs

West Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky could be on par with the likes of Colorado and California/PNW but these idiot crackas from every nook and cranny would continue to vote against a genuine enrichment and betterment of their lives because they know they'd have black folks on the same playing field and can't have that apparently.
With that said, I wouldn't even put WV in top 5 racist states in the country. Indiana takes up three spots on it's own.
