Never realized how far north Kentucky is. They call it "the South" but 
Wonder what's the deal with Colorado?
Lots of outdoor activities and crap food culture? Cali/NY have great food but also have lots of active people.
Texas/Florida...food is great but most people are either really fit or couch potatoes. No in-between.

Louisiana is a place of good eats...shocked Maryland is high....food is gross there...same with DC.
When I spent all those years touring Europe, I was always amazed at how many fat people there weren’t.
Even the bigger girls were built solid and not big sloppy fast food fat.
