Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said foreign “propaganda” would be banned after US anti-migrant ads ran on national TV.
The commercials showed US Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem warning that anyone crossing the US-Mexico border illegally would be prosecuted and deported.
Washington’s tough measures have pushed illegal crossings to their lowest level since the 1960s, while Mexican troops — deployed in response to pressure from the White House — have prevented many from reaching the border in the first place.
“The door is closed,” a Venezuelan migrant stranded in northern Mexico told The Wall Street Journal.

I remember when all geopolitics “experts” were talking negative about Mexico last year like they knew the country 100% was heading for disaster. Yet some same people didn’t have a clue a whole ass election was happening and a fukking female Physicist that happened to be a Jewish Mexican was taking the country by storm and elected into office literally ~two weeks later in a landslide blowout 
That’s when I knew folks were talking out their ass 99% of the time, especially on foreign policy. Most people don’t even know what’s happening in their own zip code and want to talk news all in another country.
Meanwhile Mexico has the best leader in North and South America and one of the best in the world.
