Going by the AMS website, they are using race gas and the 3.8 block is bored to 4.0 litres to achieve 1700 HP. No nitrous or methanol.

They ask him if it's a 3.8L in the video, he says they went back to stock displacement and they're running new turbos.
Also, logically the Lambos it beat in that video all hover between 1700-2000hp and a roll race like that is strictly a matter of who has more power.
