Should of taken McNabb call

Funny cause through Questlove..... McNabb's own brother said the same thing about Andy Reid.

Jerome Bettis in his book also mentioned that he felt the Steelers organization set up kordell to fail based on play calls.

I will say this......based on what my wife's family members who have played in college and a couple who made it to the pros. Setting up players does happen in football.

Believe what you want. Once Vince young was done in Tennessee, saw what happened to Fisher? And gruden just became a head coach.
Not the same situation, Gruden is in year 2 with a QB who is "questionable" for his styled offence being forced on him. Because of this, he will have another shot if RG3 doesn't pan out in his system. He is supposed to be the guy to coach RG3 into a pocket passer. John Gruden said on Monday Night Football last year that his brother told him RG3 would take a couple of years :leon: and Jay responded by saying "John can be a jackass"
Long story short, this was expected all along. Nobody is tripping. RG3 is improving even tho the line has played like shyt so far (starters minus Trey/etc) And I expect RG3 to be more affective in the season. All he needs to do is get into a groove and he'll take off. Its like riding a bike.
Everyone needs to be more patient imo, and if he dies...he dies :yeshrug:

Detroit Lions QB Scott Marinovich (or whatever his last name was) The O-Line hated him and they talk about how they purposely let him get creamed. I'd google it but I'm typing via the XB1 right now.

That is Scott Mitchell. Lomas Brown was saying they didn't like him and would let him get sacked. Marinovich was the dope fiend USC QB that was drafted by the Raiders.

IDK....I don't fukk with Jay but this seems a little ridiculous. Robert stayed out to get the reps, remember the big fuss that was made when he sat out preseason 2013? The real issue is our Oline (without Trent) got fukking mauled and we only made a move for one real upgrade on it this offseason who's playing like shyt. I wasn't expecting the Lions D without Suh to do us dirty like that. Props to RG3 still hanging in the pocket and getting the ball out quicker.

I had a couple of coach friends of mines say something similar that if he truly saw RGIII as his qb, he would have pulled him after he got rocked. shyt....the second Jameis started limping on Monday, Lovie Smith took him out the next series.

Jay Gruden is an a$$hole. N

A lot of people, especically most of the local media have already made their minds up about RGIII.

Fans are turning on him as well. Despite EVERYTHING that has happened in the past he desperately has to show improvement against the ravens on saturday to get people off his back.

He also has to play to well at the start of the season and the tide will turn. Our GM, owner & coach annointed him the starter right before the draft & now its time for him to show & prove.

What I find so infuriating is the fact that RGIII & his father went to upper mgmt in '12 & complained about him running so much of the read option. Robert wanted to be a "traditional" QB but as yet to learn the system.
