I've seen this before. I'll re-watch soon.
Not really a surprise apart people who didn't know. Can't expect cacs to be honest when it comes to success and accomplishments that isn't their own.
All this shyt was in play for centuries, setting up narratives. It's why you even get black people thinking majority of Africa is some shyt heap and being unaware of the history of us before cacs came into the picture.

I haven't. I think I tried to look up some of his work...but I think I found it dull

I like the format of the video. Only 10 minutes long and introduces the viewers to a lot of information that they then can look into further themselves.
Beats any Hotep/Israelite 320 minute lecture.
These types of videos should be spread far and wide. Especially to young black brehs and brehettes.

Compared to other regional historiographies, African histography is seriously lacking. It's especially being hurt by the generally stagnant (if not declining) post-secondary studies programs on the continent
