most major sport news site/blogger are going warriors in 6

i guess they dont beleive kyrie will recuperate on time.

well..truth is the cavs lacks experience as a group still.. but hey.. make it fun

Kyrie just has to be good enough for them to steal game 1 imo. They take that game all the pressure goes on to Golden Sate in game 2.

I could be wrong but I dont see the Cavs losing at home. Only game they lost was when JR was suspended.

Steal game one I think it goes 7. In a game 7...I'd roll with LeBron..

The Cavs have a lot of known unknowns like Jr Smith, Shumpert and Dellavedova. 3 guys who are only good at being inconsistent. At the point, GSW is more battle tested. Cavs had no real challenge the entire playoffs. If Harrison Barnes and Iggy give a combined 20 a night along with playing solid defense, GSW wins series going away.

My X-Factor is Klay. He has to the max money guy he is being paid to be. That means putting pressure on the defense by being aggressive and being solid on defense when it comes to JR or Lebron.

Thompson has been feasting on slow, old, unathletic front courts all playoffs, that stops this series. I don't think his impact will be nearly as great. Should be an interesting series.

Not to mention, Steph is a big game player and Lebron is not. I would rather go with a guy who hasn't been there before rather than the guy who's been there and choked/cramped/quit on more than one occasion.

It's true. We've seen Lebron disappear and hide in big moments. Haven't seen it from Steph. Two different attitudes.

I beg to differ

2012 ECF Game 6 vs Boston facing elimination 30 point 1st half and 45 for the game
2012 Finals brought it every game vs KD who they was ready to anoint
2013 ECF vs the Pacers Bron and PG13 was dueling in that series like Steph & Harden
2013 Finals Game 7 vs the Spurs - the Ultimate Game he had 37 & 12 with big shots in the 2nd half with the Spurs daring him to shoot.

That's since just the debacle in the 2011 Finals. Before that he got moments as well.

I give him all the credit in the world for that game 7 against SA in 2013. He made huge shots and closed it out. the other series/examples he was clearly the best player on the better team so he did more or less what he should have done. I just think when it comes to it, he shrinks just as much as he comes through.

Cavs in 6 (Contingent on Kyrie being able to go at reasonable level throughout)

Cavs are able to match up with the Warriors like no other team. When they both go small :banderas:. The major players on both sides pretty much cancel each other out. The notable exception and key to the series is Bron vs. Barnes. This is the biggest matchup gap between the two teams. Kyrie can go toe to toe with Steph. I don’t see Barnes being able to do so with Bron.

So why do you think Steph is better in big games than LeBron? Curry was in the same position LeBron was in best player on the better team throughout this whole postseason. In fact Curry has never really been in a pressure cooker of a game where the highest stakes are on the line and you have to win or go home. None that we got a game left at the crib you have to do it this game.

Unless I recall Game 7 vs the Clippers last year where Steph had some pretty bad TO's in the 4th in that game.
