It's decriminalized for an ounce or lower. Meaning you will just get a fine if you have less than an ounce but there still is not avenue to sell weed legally. So when talking about raising revenue it's about storefront sales and taxing that shyt. It's long overdue.
I been burning it down trying to normalize the drug all my life. I'm glad all the work is finally paying off.
