if kanye doesn't come with heat this next album his days as a platinum artist are done. he went gold with yeezus and that left a bad taste in everyones mouth. hell they may be done already cruel summer didn't even go gold..but he should sell off his name alone
j cole is a gold artist with a very loyal fanbase. he will stay gold but wont push plat
wayne will probably sell well again..at least one more time..cuz as shytty as he is now he's better than the majority of these no name rappers on the radio.
as far as the hov comment can't say i agree fully.. he was a platinum selling artist for 10 years before they got married in 08
true i just think his music has taken a major falloff after AG besieds watch the throne which kanye carried him on production wise...but with the beyonce thing i think a lot of her fans are pushin his numbers up more than they normally would be maybe maybe not.but..at least tour wise definitely
