I remember I got this dvd as soon as it came out. There's some good stuff on here and some not so good stuff. I think these were some of my favorites, though. There were some very well-done scenes, like the one where those dudes are attacking that woman and it turns out to be a robot. Somehow it's still affecting. I definitely felt bad for the robots for most of it.
It presents themes of ethics, morality, technological advancement, war, peace, life/artificial life, human selfishness, and many others. Just the visuals are poetic and symbolic.
