How many times do you laugh in a day?


Couple weeks ago I thought it'd be interesting to count how many times i laugh in one 24 hour period.. did it for a few weeks.. everything from a funny thought to something I saw on the internet. If I laughed i counted it

I think I average around 10 a day.. Some days I've counted up to 25

Some days just 5


How much laughter do you experience in a day?

Do you experience more anger than laughter?

Sadness?

Fear?

I'm not gonna lie, I'm laughing all day — my girl, my closest boy, my old coworker from another department all kill me. I get told I play too much; very happy go lucky. My girl says I have "Golden retriever energy".

The last time I was really scared was my last big purchase tbh.

I don't really let my emotions control my decision; Especially now that I'm an actual Adult. The older I'm getting the more balanced my mental health seems to be.

It's easier said than done; you gotta really understand who you are and where you fit in.
