One the one hand, there’s no Super Bowl window with LaFleur.

And let’s not forget he won 13 games a year with Rodgers and couldn’t win an NFC Championship at home.

Every postseason loss is similar. Then again, the losses under McCarthy were also embarrassing too!!!

MLF is gone. Lets be real here. If the 7th Seed was never a thing, the Packers would never make the playoffs for 3 years in a row. Aside from the win at the Cowboys, its always been just good enough to win but never getting over the wall. Same thing with MLF with Rodgers, unable to get over the wall.

MLF is a excellent Offensive Coordinator, but as a Head Coach, he has shown that he has limitation like his Ego and Planning. It's why MLF needs to be shown the door and go back to being a Coordinator, he doesn't have the ability win the big game being a head coach.

I don’t think Ed Policy had getting rid of LaFleur in his plans in his first 6 months. He was Murphy’s deputy and involved in the hiring!

Policy is one of the reasons MLF was brought in. I dont think hes going to can his guy after taking the reigns in GB.

Which means next season, I will have ZERO interest in this team and will just casually watch like i did in 2005 with Mike Sherman. I will do this until this clown is out of GB and takes Bisaccia with him.
