I don’t think Ed Policy had getting rid of LaFleur in his plans in his first 6 months. He was Murphy’s deputy and involved in the hiring!

If I was Ed, I would put a gun to LaFleur's head, and say, "From now on your giving up playcalling duties, and being a Head Coach only." and he doesn't accept, kill him.

Kubiak and Harbaugh im ok with. Any coach that won 2 rings with Flacco is good in my book and Kubiak would install a fresh new offensive system that badly needs replacing. But I think Harbaugh wants full operation control like Sherman had with drafting and signing players...

I dont care what approach they take, so long as they take out this stale ass offensive system. Im even OK with keeping MLF as HC so long as he agrees to get rid of his play calling duties and we hire an OC outside to install a new system and have control over the offense.

I don't wanna even think about the Packers for atleast a month. Just a disgusting end to this season, which sucks because it's so wide open. We just can't get out of our own way. Saw a post somewhere showing how each of our season's have ended, and so very depressing smh.
