Said it when we hired him that Hafley wouldn't be here long. Hope he does well in Miami. We need a name at DC. Can we somehow get Flores here? I doubt it, but can dream. Just please no Jim Leonhard smh. Sick of hearing his name associated with us. Keep him away.
Given Matt’s relationship going back to Washington, I think Raheem Morris is possible

Not who I wanted as defensive coordinator. FUKK.

LaFleur and hiring mediocre white guys :scust:

He only looked good with the Eagles because he had 9 starting caliber defensive linemen and 2 quality CBs. WE HAVE NONE OF THAT

Negative case:

I'm calling it trash because while he might not be literal trash, he'll only be good enough to help us lose in the playoffs. This is exactly why you fire Lafluer, the culture is clearly the problem and all this move does is deepen the existing culture. The Cardinals blew a ton of games this year, specifically in the 4th quarter. It's almost comical to team this guy up with MLF. It will be the same exact shyt again next year.

With the new president coming in he had a chance to do a complete overhaul and now we get the opposite, a deeper dive into mediocrity.

It's obvious coaching is not going to help us win in January

And Gutekunst may be above average in assembling talent but he ALWAYS neglects a position or positions.

Our only hope is Jordan taking some of those clutch performances and expanding upon it and taking command at the line. He was failed by his WRs in Chicago and his coach.

And we need some of the defensive playmakers to make plays... like Williams, McKinney, etc...

Gute will address CB and DT this offseason but then neglect the offensive guard or center positions. Watch.

Always reactive never proactive.

And even though he was a young scout when Ron Wolf was still in charge, its incredible how he doesn't take that lesson aside from a couple of exceptions. Micah Parsons trade is the outlier.

We need CB and DT but that's about it. I think our roster is good enough to win. I do think a coach going from HC to assistant is actually a good thing, being an HC stretches your mind out a bit, and then you're able to go back and specialize, with the brain power to go beyond if necessary. Hopefully Gannon has an enriched perspective. He's got plenty of guys to use. Actually, we have one more huge need: edge opposite Micah. Gary is completely washed and Van Ness isn't showing what we need. But with Micah, Cooper, X, Quay (?), Bullard, Williams and Wyatt to work with, it should be enough to win.
