No it always depends on the state. Self defense laws should be universal but politicians are to retarded to do the right thing.Suprised she got away with it. Just because she left the buidling,let him know she had a gun. But then came back into the building. Looks like the laws dont make you have to avoid the smoke before you shoot somebody. Probably,im not sure where this video stands in the timeline. If this all happened inside with you getting attacked. After you leave the building,I was wondering if you have the responsibility to call police and not go back inside. But BlackPearl explained he followed her outside and was still acting crazy. This might be the scene from when they came back in to get the dog. Their really was no break from this cacs rage to call police
Yeah,its weird you gotta look up the law in each state before I fire away on somebody in self defense. Becauase some statea put more reaponsibility on the shooter to avoid it seems. I cant tell if its based on law or public outcry at this point. But clearly the cac in this video was trying to squabble with women.
