Linebacker Ausar Walcott, signed last month by the Browns as an undrafted free agent, was arrested this morning and charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault, and third-degree endangering an injured victim, according to the Bergen Record.
Around 3 a.m. Sunday, police say, Walcott got into a fight with a man outside a strip club in Passaic, N.J., punching him in the head. There are no further details, but the man remains hospitalized in critical condition. Walcott turned himself in to police today, his bail set at $500,000.
The mug shot above dates from 2011, when Walcott was one of three Virginia players arrested after they sent two men to the hospital. The charges against Walcott would be dropped, though his teammates pleaded guilty to assault.

Dude had a glass brain. Gets hit once and dies smh. You got to watch who you're fighting because these bums nowadays can't take a punch to save their lives literally. Gone are the days where you can have an ole fashioned one on one. Nearly happened to me. I thought I killed the dude with one punch.

If these bums knew how to fight and didnt have glass jaws they wouldn't be hitting the floor.
Everyone thinks they are a tough guy.
That makes the most sense, hitting the concrete would have done more damage than the punch that lead to him hitting the street.
The first degree attempted murder charge seems they were just hitting him with charges just to do it. I doubt Walcott went to the strip club with the intentions of killing someone, it was probably fueled by liqour.
Either way this dude will be joining Aaron Hernandez on the waiver wire in a few hours.
