Who has been saying this? Most got KD written as the next great one, some even skipped Davis and said Wiggins has GOAT potential.

Well a lot of the coli has hopped off the Wiggins train since they don't wanna give people time to develop. There was a thread some where that had a lot of people putting him in the top 3 or 5. He's only gonna get better from that.
