Anti virus help for Mac iOs?

I been using avast for mac and I wanted to know if there are any other programs for mac. Because there is a new worm out called Mac.BackDoor.iWorm and I want to make sure that I'm fully protected

No such thing as Mac ios..
Just use a standard anti virus and update your machine and you will be fine.
I personally have not had any viruses on any of my Macs in the last 5 years

You actually don't. It has a built in one that was updated for the virus he mentioned. Simply keep your computer updated and you should be OK
