spybot search & destroy , hijackthis, ComboFix and RogueKiller.

Check your HDD for corrupt OS and/or Bad sectors
hit the windows key + R key and type in sfc /scannow and wait
Once that's done
in the same command window type in chkdsk /f C:
If it finds bad sectors you might as well replace your hard drive because it cannot be trusted
