I do, maybe once or twice a day. Sometimes shopping on the weekend or a lunch date in a nice low key restaurant or coffee shop, and a dope song comes on that I've never heard:

It gives you the name of the artist, whether it's original or a remix, and also the lyrics. I've even used it on TV shows, especially Power episodes.

i use it very rarely. i dont always hear things that stick out to me. and usually when i do Shazaam isnt even able to find it.
