Massage parlor busted for offering clients sex
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Undercover officers say a North Columbus massage parlor has been offering more than just massages.
Members of the Special Operations Unit busted the Sun Spa Monday night after an officer was offered sex for money inside.
Police say they'd received several complaints about the business off Veterans Parkway in the Plaza North Shopping Center, located behind Mellow Mushroom Pizza.
The owner of another massage parlor told officers one of her customers was offered sex for money at the Sun Spa and a nearby business owner said people were coming and going from the business late at night. Online, officers say the business was offering erotic massages.
When an undercover officer went in Monday, he says he was escorted into a room, told to undress and gave 46-year-old Suk Kim Ho $60 for a massage.
Ten minutes in, he says Ho whispered in his ear that he could pay her $200 for oral and straight sex or $100 for just oral sex.
When he said no, he says she told him, "You didn't know that's what we do here? Well, now you know for the next time."
The officer left and came back with other agents to shut the business down. Ho and another woman, 51-year-old Kim Sun, tried to run but were arrested in the parking lot. Ho was hiding under a car.
