I got orders to Houston and it was straight. Like a second Atlanta. I went to school out in Atlanta so I'm used to the demographics of that city. Not tryna go to a city where it's a bunch of PAWGs and cowboy boot wearing mfs.

That's what's up I know them military checks are kind of nice. I got a few boys I grew up with that are in the navy and they be telling about it but they travel out at sea and be going to like little third world countires and shyt which is dope.

People tell me I should because I was a great student graduated hs as an honor student with straight A's. But I didn't know what I wanted to do for a career after I graduated so I took a year of going to college now going on my second year. And a family member closed to me and who raised me passed away shortly after so I isolated myself even more from folks. Only thing I'm really passionate about is music. Everything else is for a check. But it's weird this time of year because I've been out of school and all the people I grew up are in school or visting from the military.

How old are you, fam? You sound just like me when I graduated. I didn't know what I want to do, either. And I was also a beast student in HS. Ended up going to s community college with the sole purpose of getting the electives out the way. Worst mistake I ever made. I was very close to joining the military some years back. But the day I was scheduled to take the asvab, dude had to postpone. So I just took that as a sign it wasn't meant for me.

To be honest, idk how old you are but I do believe the military would be good. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to travel. The Air Force is the best branch, I've heard. The coast guard is pretty good too. But you'd need to research that.
