No but my family is from Lincolnton GA which has like 3000 black people people and the most expensive building in the city is the high school football stadium.

I grew up in the suburbs but spent time 'the hood' constantly (church, work, school, visiting relatives). Cacs don't make me feel any type of way.

A town of 100k is a small city or big town. No one would think of Compton or Vallejo as small towns. Small town is like <50k. The South full of small black towns.
