Any brothers here own a barbershop?

Opening a barbershop has crossed my mind recently. Its a substantially lower overhead in comparison to startup with other businesses. I had an opportunity to do so s few years ago but ended up investing in a bar that worked out for me. I was "this" close to pulling the trigger on the shop though. I had to start over financially since then due to something else but my savings has reached a point for me to invest/start another business venture.

A bar huh? How much was the liquor license?

The key is to role your profit into more barbershops or other investments... not a cash cow - but something with good stable income.

But the dude who owns like 8 barbershops in some malls rolls round in a Maybach.
Dude also rick Ross barber.
My barber moved to the shop in the mall so he told me how much dude is caking.
I imagine he only owns shops in malls cause my old town had one by the same name same design and everything.
Look at mall storefronts it's high traffic

The ABC had a moratorium in the area where we were for type 47/48 licenses so we had to buy another place's liquor license with a broker and have it transferred. It cost us $92,000 but they can cost waaay more or less than that. Just depends on the state and the area.
