People I wanna reply too, but imma just reply to you for now till I get home.
Bruh my warrant is out of state.... And it's a violation of an order of protection...
The max sentence for violating a protective order is only 30 days in that state? You're lucky.
Anyway, contact an attorney who practices criminal law in that particular state and tell him everything, it's privileged, and find out what your options are.
Also, as you already know, the girl is one that filed the criminal charges against you for violating the protective order, stop sending her text messages, emails, calling her phone, etc. She is setting you up, and she wants revenge for whatever you did to her. I'm pretty sure that she has done this before.
