I have this idea... I think it’ll work if geared towards elementary students.

I haven’t built the technology, but trying to get a meeting with various school systems, so that I can try to get a “needs assessment” and “NDA” before putting money into this.

So far everybody’s responding to me that they’re too busy to meet with me to start a project. What are some other ways I can push this forward?

I’m serious about this, started an LLC, just got a website etc.

Any advise would be helpful

If money is the only thing preventing you from having something tangible you can show your potential customer, you need to find the money. Even if it’s family, friends. I don’t see any major institutional client (public or private sector) giving you the time of day if all you have is an idea. The old cliche is true, it takes money to make money. There are a lot of people out there with a lot of cash, just looking for places to put it. The stock markets recent rise is mostly due to the fact that people with money that never invested before are all of a sudden dumping money into the market. Join a local chamber, business association - many will have discounted rates etc for startups. If you yourself will not be developing the product maybe an existential developer/manufacturer will be willing to work with you?

I appreciate the advice, Building the best thing In the world isn’t going to help me when I can’t seem to have them make time to meet with me. So looking for other ideas in how to generate interest. I want to make the product but it will be Expensive. And I need to garner some interest before I even put money into it to make sure that it’s worth doing. So it’s the chicken before the egg here.

Can you elaborate more on this? I would be looking for a hardware developer and a software developer to help. Where are some places to look? Maybe I can talk them into helping with a limited prototype?
